The true hallmark of authentic hand-block printed batik is depth. Fast industrial printing merely coats the surface of the textile, leaving the backside faded, chalky, and raw.
When our artisans stamp the hot wax onto our natural fibres—whether fine cotton or silk—the dye penetrates deep into the heart of the weave. After the fabric undergoes repeated boiling cycles to clear the wax, the result is extraordinary: a print that is fully, beautifully visible on both sides. This reversible quality isn't just a technical achievement; it gives your Arizali garments a natural richness.
